The Young Farmer’s Club at Roosevelt Academy provides learners with early exposure to farming and environmental care, fostering a strong connection to the earth and sustainable practices. By learning various farming techniques, students gain practical skills in agriculture, which can contribute to their future careers and promote self-sufficiency. The club also instills a sense of responsibility for the environment, encouraging learners to protect natural resources and contribute positively to their communities. This hands-on experience nurtures teamwork, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to sustainability, shaping them into responsible, informed citizens.
